6. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is required prior to or at the time of your session. We accept payment via Venmo (@ladyalana808) and CashApp ($LadyAlana808). All sales are final. Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of intuitive readings, refunds are not offered once a session has been scheduled or delivered.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the session fee at our discretion.

7. User Accounts

If you create a booking or account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or remove content at our sole discretion if we determine that these Terms have been violated.
